P&O Cruise - The Pacific Island Hopper

Jan 19 2013 I went on my first cruise, & left Australia for the 1st time. It was amazing, I met so many awesome people & I can't wait to do it again! On Jan 19 we left the port of Brisbane & sailed to Noumea, arriving on the 21st. Noumea was pretty boring haha. That night left for Lifou & arrived on the 22nd. Lifou had the most amazing beaches, the most clear/blue water I'd ever seen. I hate the beach, yet I couldn't stop myself from running and jumping in! :D Villa was next, arrived 23rd. Didn't explore - was too busy ABSEILING down a freakin WATERFALL! Needless to say: AWESOMEST THING EVER

      Eating for the first time in another country at a takeaway chain (I think.) called 'Quick.' This was in Noumea.

      Met back up with my brother Beau & partner Margo before getting a taxi to see some more of the island.

      Margo paid some islander to braid her hair - apparently it took ages and she felt so bad she gave them more money than they asked for! Also, I think she looks extremely young here - it's weird.

      After taking a crazy-ass hour taxi drive, we arrived at this beautiful beach in Lifou. They have the most amazingly blue/clear water there! Also saw some guy propose to his girl - she said "yes!"
