One of Nashville's latest up and coming CountryArtist-Singer-Songwriters, she could quite possibly be the missing ingredientCountry Music has been waiting for. Flavored with her own life experiences, aswell as that of those around her, Liz's dynamic original sound settles uniquelyat the crossroads of country and southern rock. "The best way to write is straight from the heart," says Liz, and she does just that on her upcoming self written album, ready for release in 2014.

This Nashville journey was preceded by acolorful childhood in the backwoods of Minnesota where Liz lived with herparents, brother and sister in their country home. Musical inspiration came inseveral forms, one being her Father playing guitar around the house, andanother being Liz's Grandfather making up little rhyming songs to help pass thetime while working on his farm. Liz began songwriting at the age of 9, and atage 13, had formed her first band with her sister and cousin. Participating in school plays, band and choir, Liz also took voice lessons and began recording her own songs at home.

Liz went on to professionally record 3 gospel songs that were distributed to and played on radio stations in Europe. One ofthese songs was also played on Liz's hometown radio station for 2 years byrequest as "Positive Country Music," when Liz's Father took her firstrecordings to the local station. This sequence of events brought Liz back toher country roots, where she began writing and recording country music. "Iwas raised on country music," she recalls, "It's in my blood. I wasshy growing up, but now I like to go against the grain in my writing everychance I get. I don't like being 'status quo."

Following several self produced ventures, and being discovered via social media by a retired record executive, Liz's dreamwould not die, finally leading her to Nashville, Tennessee where she got her feet wet frequenting local writer's nights as an up and coming singer/songwriter, and cut her first full studio album.

"Chasin' Dreams," Liz's first fullalbum, was officially released in 2010, followed by several single releases,yielding radio play of her songs: "Minnesota Winter," "Wrong WayHome," and "Proud About It" regionally in the Midwest, as wellas on XM's Nashville Channel and iHeartRadio. In 2012, Liz released the longawaited EP Titled "Proud About It" along with her first professionalmusic video. Currently, Liz continues performing shows throughout the countrywith her live band, and anticipates the release of her new album scheduled for2014.
