Born in Buffalo N.Y., and then moving to Canada as a child, Lee grew up singing, creating and submerged in the world of musical theater.
Starting out at a young age in the church choir, moving onto Elementary school productions and high school performances, eventually graduating to community theater and then into the professional world, Lee's love for music grows stronger on a daily basis.
Now an Equity Union member. - Lee has an extensive resume of acting, singing, writing, directing and composing credits, including: Starring as Jean ValJean, in LES MISERABLES, Judas in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, Old Deuteronomy in CATS, John in MISS SAIGON. Featured Roles in: The Canadian Premiere Cast production/tour of DREAMGIRLS. SMOKEY JOE'S CAFE, GREASE, MAN of LA MANCHA, WEST SIDE STORY, FIVE GUYS NAMED MOE, SEUSSICAL.... to name just a few.
Lee is highly influenced by an eclectic group of artists such as; Billy Joel, Elton John, Michael Buble, Jann Arden, Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson, The Barenaked Ladies, Jason Robert Brown, Stephen Sondheim, David Foster, Nat King Cole, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Keith Urban, Garth Brooks, Lou Rawls, George Benson, Luther Vandross. The Motown era.
In his spare time, Lee is can be found writing and composing work on 2 brand new musicals, one entitled: PAINT! - the other "Home Again" -- And has a string of successful Jukebox musicals which have played across Canada.
On March 1st, 2012, Lee made his Broadway debut in the Des McAnuff directed (Stratford Festival Production) of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, in the role of "Simon Zealots" - in April of that same year, he appeared on THE TONY AWARDS with fellow cast members.
Lee also performed at the NYMF later that summer in a musical workshop of "STEALING TIME"
and then began rehearsals on a
Broadway workshop for a new Musical called: "Superfly" based
on the 1970's film of the same name.

CURRENTLY: Lee can be seen in the 2013 Revival of The Who's TOMMY - Directed by: Des McAnuff and Choreographed By: Wayne Cilento. (Currently playing at the Stratford Festival in Ontario, Canada)
