♫ My dad is Walt Parazaider, the saxophone player who started the musical group Chicago, so I was raised around the music business, and I’ve been singing since I was born.
By the age of nine, I had already traveled around the world twice with my family while my dad was on tour. I was incredibly fortunate to experience so many other cultures and to meet a variety of people and be exposed to different types of music at a young age. These experiences definitely had an impact on me musically and they also influenced who I became as an adult.

Music is in my genes and it’s my true passion. I can sing in a variety of musical genres, and I have a definite affinity for rhythm and blues, soul, jazz and standards. I’m very professional and I have a go with the flow personality so I’m easy to get along with. You won’t face any Diva scenarios with me.

I had 13 years of vocal training and 4 years of piano lessons. I’ve also had dance training, so I love working that into a performance whenever I can.

I recorded background vocals on Chicago 18. Since I was raised around the music business, I’ve been fortunate enough to meet a bunch of talented performers including Madonna, Tony Bennett and Maurice White from Earth, Wind and Fire.

I realize that music by any artist is a gift since so many amazing performers have influenced me and lifted me up when I needed it. More than anything, I want to interact musically with people, and maybe I can make people’s day a little better. If they can have a good time and go home feeling better than they did before I performed, I figure my job is done. ♫
