Milos Mitrovic, Cole Vincent, Andrew Clark and Eric Ross dive head first into the realm of Pop Rock with a set of adroitly written tracks that are infused with melodic violin, group vocals and a driving rhythm section. Often heralded as ‘ridiculously catchy’, this four piece never fails to leave a chorus in your head and a jump in your step. Although Latka found its roots in the summer of 2012, three of the four members have played music together for over six years, releasing two EP’s and have even taken the stage at the Vans Warped Tour. Winnipeg’s own John Paul Peters mixed their debut album, ‘My Bright Heart’, which was released on July 6th, 2013. It has since been listed locally as a favourite release for 2013 in both The Uniter and CBC Radio’s ‘Scene’, and is currently featured in the new comedy series ‘Wind City’. They have received play on radio stations across Canada, appearing on multiple top 30 charts, and even hit number one on CFBX ‘The X’ in Kamloops. 2014 comes with promises of new music, videos and touring.
