Susan "Lady Flava" Koshi of Seattle, WA found her passion and love for the Arts through Flava Coffee House which she built and ran from 2003-2008
Today she is a globally known Cheerleader and Advocate of the Unknown Artists. In November of 2009, Lady Flava hit the airwaves hosting a variety of online radio shows which provide a platform to underground/independent artist to be heard and featured.

During the days of Flava Coffee House she established herself as a sought after book review of African American Literature. Flava Coffee House was the host of a very successful literary conference that was support by the City of Seattle's Arts & Cultural Affairs Office March 2008. September 2004 Lady Flava was apart of putting on a successful Jazz Cruise on the Spirit of Puget Sound hosted by OnTha 1 Productions. As she looks back and reflects on her life's journey and experiences in building a business that embraced creativity, she had no clue what was in store for her in working with creative souls in her future.

In November of 2013 Flava News and Marlex Records merged together to form FM Artists Consulting Service and FMRadio. Lady Flava and Marc VanClaggett had been working together behind the scenes for the past 2 years and found it fitting to merge the two businesses. Both bring solid background in the arena of the arts and entertainment industry.

2014 has already opened more doors up for solid industry connections to be made and opportunities to serve artists in a high capacity is taking place.

With a commitment to the independent artists, you will find her waving her leopard pom poms for those that cross her paths and make a real connections. Lady Flava advocates for building movements and win wins, for she strongly believes that together anything is possible with belief and willingness to do the work.
