His second effort, "Tuff", was promoted with a highly regarded remix version by DJ Muggs (Cypress Hill). This time the rhythms and beats were more animated, in an effort to demonstrate the span of Rumble's abilities. His debut album was recorded in Kingston, Jamaica (at Junior Reid's One Blood Studios) and London, New York and Toronto, a geographic diversity which was reflected in the finished product. Sadly the self-titled debut failed to sell in significant quantities outside of the Canadian market.
