They hit it off GR-R-R-REAT! Girl tells boy she's dating someone. Boy doesn't believe girl, because she's super sad. Boy respects girl's "relationship", and they go their separate ways. Boy and Girl cross paths several weeks later, and they're both single. Boy and girl rekindle feelings they hid at first meeting. Girl has cancer, and has a truck load of emotional baggage, but Love doesn't care, because it's not a petty a-hole. So they follow Love's lead, and enter into a serious committed looooong distance courtship through webcam, email, phone, and telepathy - that's occasionally on the fritz, but manages to fill in when necessary.

Girl gets really really sick, and must go through cancer treatment. Many months later cancer's butt is as good as kicked. A few months later, girl gets attacked, and almost killed, while they are webcamming. Boy and girl decide to get married. Boy leaves all he knows in the United States to live happily ever after with girl, but first they get married in her hometown of Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Then they go live where she is going to school in a small town called Tanjung Malim (Malaysia). They're drafting out their dreams, and on their merry way to living happily ever after, BUT(T) THEN, cancer comes back and takes a huge dump on their otherwise amazing life.

Girl and boy try to get help with funding for girl's cancer, and countless people drag their lazy feet, and make the treatment process more strenuous than it has to be. The cancer gets so bad that the girl's tumor takes up permanent residence, and creates an overcrowding in her tummy, almost starves the girl, and turns her into a living skeleton. Girl and boy beg and plead strangers for money to save her life, but they decide the girl's life isn't worth the effort to donate even a dollar to save it. Girl and boy are forced to fly back to her home country against the advice of her super smart and warm-hearted doctor.

Girl and boy get on plane, but girl turns into an angel and flies to Paradise leaving boy alone with leaky eyeballs. Boy wants his best friend back by his side on Earth, but he has to face the fact that this is never going to happen. Boy doesn't like this fact, but accepts it anyway, as he has no other choice. Boy carries on, and tries to follow through with their goals and dreams. Boy needs help from all of the other girls and boy who have the same visions for the future, but he's not holding his breath. Well, not for too long anyway.
