After two years in California, we moved back to where my parents grew up in Nebraska. We lived in Alliance for six years and then settled in the "Irish Capital of Nebraska" O'Neill. It was there that I fell in love with music.

My parents always had music playing in the house from 80's rock to old-school funk. I remember driving around in my Dad's 1962 Thunderbird listening to an "Earth Wind and Fire" 8-Track and fell in love with that sound!

After performing in all of our high school musicals and really enjoying that, I decided to major in Musical Theatre at the University of Nebraska-Kearney.

I performed in many musicals during my education at UNK. From "Dear Edwina" to one of my favorites, "Rocky Horror Picture Show." During my education I had the opportunity to also perform in various summer-stock productions in Missouri and Nebraska.

Upon graduation from UNK in 2012, I applied to work in many different venues from regional theatres, dueling piano bars and cruise ships. I sent in an audition video to the Landau Agency and was soon offered my first contract on a cruise ship, the Celebrity Summit in March of 2013.

Musical Style

Jordan Micheal Peterson is a blast of fresh air right into your ears. Peterson's talent is a stunning thing to behold. It's not everyone who can blend classic sounds with a fresh, modern appeal, but Peterson does the job just right.
