I started writing song poems at nine, began singing when I met guitarist Jesse Rodriguez, who taught me some chords.
Together we wrote a bunch of tunes and formed Pax.I moved around a lot and in 1977 formed Jensen, and Bois D' Ark in 1980 with Jesse. The later was my first recording band. In 1985 I shot my first video.
I moved around a few more times and was out of the scene. In 1990 I formed a label to distribute compilation cassettes featuring bands from around the world. I stopped after 4 years and moved again.
In 1999 I began my solo recording career. In 2005 I began producing compilation projects again. I stopped in 2009. I have produced a total of 19 projects, including a compilation DVD, all distributed to over 28 countries.
Today I sing, play guitar, bass, keys, and learning drums. God gets the glory for allowing me to release ten CDs and a DVD. I just released my 11th project and Lord willing, will release a CD or DVD every 4 months for the next 2 years.
