Jay Fay, a 19-year-old producer/DJ from St. Louis, has built a prodigious resume in his short 18 month career. Since debuting in the spring of 2012, "Young Fay" has performed his unique blend of Moombahton, Electro House, and Trap in more than 25 markets across the US and Canada. He's already shared the stage with Drake, Rusko, Kill The Noise, and Steve Aoki - as well as touring with hip-hop sensation G-Eazy and performing at multiple Moombahton Massive events. His original tracks and remixes have become highly sought-after secret weapons for Diplo, Calvin Harris, Skream, Dillon Francis, Jack Beats, Nadastrom, and a host of other tastemakers across the globe. Fashion designer Alexander Wang included Jay Fay's debut single, "Bonkers", in his Summer 2012 runway show.

It all began just months earlier in February of 2012 when Jay Fay posted his first song to Soundcloud. Much to his surprise, the track went viral and was picked up by MTV Hive, Mad Decent, and a slew of interested record labels. Between February and May of 2012, Jay released his first official project: an ambitious trilogy of EPs titled "Bonkers", "$$ OOPS $$", and "Mashitup". The EPs generated a loyal and growing internet following, including Dillon Francis, whom Jay credits for having raised his profile significantly. The success of the EP's also led to official remixes for Skream, Star Slinger, Craze, Buraka Som Sistema, Hood Internet, Bro Safari, and Felix Cartal. Jay Fay can regularly be heard on BBC Radio 1 thanks to Skream, Diplo, and Toddla T.

2013 started with a bang for Jay Fay as T&A Records released his original, futuristic track "Dibby Dibby" on their "Moombahton Forever" compilation, which recently made Spin Magazine's "Best of 2013 So Far" list. In March, Skream commissioned an official remix for his "Kingpin" single featuring Friction, who ultimately released it on UK-based Shogun Audio. Currently, Jay Fay is in pre-production on a project with London's Ministry of Sound as well as writing and recording a new EP for a fall 2013 release.
