Niceness is a gentle nature performer born in
Clarendon, Jamaica who spends most of his time working

in recording studios around Kingston. He brings a

passionate voice with unique clarity back to the world of

reggae music, and with a message geared toward

spreading his own positive vibrations to audiences.

Niceness stands to emerge as one of the genre’s benchmark

artists. His foray into music began with inspiration from

a high school music teacher Norman "Milo" Douglas, who

introduced him to several local recording studios, including Youth Promotions,

run by the legendary Sugar Minott. Niceness’ sound was

forged during sessions with his original band, The True

Traditional Family, until leaving the group in 2002 to

pursue his own musical endeavors. Today Niceness

enjoys a solo career with two album releases,

“Loverman” and “Straighten Up” and opening for

legendary Reggae names like Yellowman and Sugar

Minott. Niceness is currently working on a another album. He is working on some cross over hits with Critical Muzik from the USA.
