A Detroit native who relocated to Hollywood in 2000, Huck Johns co-wrote a song on Kid Rock's self-titled 2003 album and released his own solo record, Huck, in March 2006.
"Oh Yeah" became a moderate hit on mainstream rock radio, and Johns continued touring as a solo act until 2008, when he joined former Buckcherry bassist Jonathan "JB" Brightman to form the hard rock act Black Robot. The band released its debut in 2010. ~ Marisa Brown
