I have close to 20 years of experience in the unemployment cost control field. My knowledge and training includes state procedures and the processing of claims, determinations, charges, hearings, and taxes in all 50 states, Guam and Puerto Rico.

I am responsible for the technical and operational functions of the division, such as, compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and ensuring consistent delivery of quality services. Further, I am responsible for staffing and training needs, including staff development, and career and succession planning. I also conduct seminars, play an active role in the sales process, and assist management with budget preparation, as well as profit and loss administration.

During my tenure, I have been recognized as a top performer and acknowledged with multiple colleague recognition awards.

In my leisure time, I am involved in multiple creative ventures, including writing. I enjoy writing Fantasy, Horror, Sci-Fi, and Urban Fantasy type fiction, as well as poetry and prose. I write for all types of media: Animation, Comic Books, Ebooks, Podcasts, Print, and Websites.

I am a former promoter in the state of Ohio. I've administered, managed, marketed, and promoted mixed martial arts, music, and wrestling events throughout the state.
