Aside from writing, recording, and engineering his own sessions, most fans are unaware that Sarijlou manages, maintains, and funds Heart Pharmacy by himself. However, Heart Pharmacy is only a small stepping stone to what he really wants to achieve in life. With the support of his fans, he hopes to eventually create an organization that will give him the ability to help others build a stronger and healthier mental framework allowing people to live an easier life. This goal was inspired by Sarijlou’s own daily struggles, which is revealed in his new album “Drive”. While in a drastically changed music industry, Sarijlou strives to stay true to his musical roots. He is not in it for the instant popularity, but for the ever growing longevity. When asked in a recent 2012 interview if he is trying to make it big, he responded, “I’ve already made it. You just haven’t heard about me yet.”
