Mother and Father absent at around the age 10 he went on to stay with different relatives and friends of family.Always to himself he fell in love with Art and later music which served as an escape from the world he was forced to live in.By High School he formed a group with cousins he began to form a bond with in West Trenton called Street Soldiers,they went on to gain a strong inner an outer city following performing in shows in NY,Philly and Virginia. By 2003 the group had enough of an inner city following to independently began selling mixtapes and airing music on Power 99.By 2004 they succesfully released an independent self titled album with singles on the radio.Record labels such as Def Jam,Interscope and more presented offers which later fell thru because of jail time some members of the group had to serve.though they stayed connected the group sought out music indivdually an went on with day to day life.

Sean Mason later moved to providence,Rhode Island when his son was born in 2008.Began working at a Bank call center for 3 years where he met DJ/Radio personality "The Formatt" who also happened to be a producer with a studio he later had Sean record all the time.They form a bond and made several projects together.

The Formatt later moved to Miami Beach,Fl and developed multiple connections in the music industry an formed a label venture Hip Hop Frat House.Sean Mason moved there as well later the following year in 2012.currently residing briefly in NJ Sean Mason an The Formatt remain in constant contact in the works of releasing music the world needs to hear.Sean Mason also has music coming with other artist in his area.His latest Mixtape is said to be his best work an will be uploaded to his page on a regular basis.Your support is always appreciated an he will continue to do what he loves.
