Beginning with and still active in children and adult dance house programmes the band early took the opportunity to concert.
Rooting in the traditional we are influenced by a wide variety of music, including beat, pop, progressive rock, ska, disco, funny and good stuffs. All this results in a nice mixture of folk instruments with saxophone, electric koboz, bass and percussions.

We have been to the Kapolcs Valley of Arts, BudapestFringe, and many other festivals, playing in radio and television several occasions. The first album was released in 2006 that was well sold in folk-world shops in Hungary. The 2007 children album is a tale mixed with music. Our latest album (2009), which features a concept idea with audacious genre jokes, was well received by Hungarian and European critics: 'The musicianship is good, exhilarating and inventive... Fakutya represent a new force in Hungarian traditional music and are well worth watching.' (Simon Broughton - Songlines 2010.)' 'A fine album with modern Hungarian folk.' (Eelco Schilder - Folkworld.eu)

Recently, there is more focus on family but we are still active and have gigs here and there - if invited.
