Face The King is an independent alternative hard rock band based out of New York that has redefined the New York rock scene with their arena size sound, both live and on record.
In the four years that Face The King has been together, they have compiled a list of support from sponsors VOX, Blackstar, Korg, Spector, Pigtronix, Behringer, SIT Strings, In Tune Guitar Picks, Visual Sound and most importantly DBZ Guitars. These high powered sponsors enabled Face The King to fly across the country to play for NAMM 2012 & 2013 in front of the entire music industry.

Face The King is Eric Zirlinger (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Dan DelVecchio (lead guitar, keyboards, backup vocals), Joey Dammacco (bass, synth, backup vocals), and Randy Palumbo (drums, percussion). Their second EP, “The Burning & The Falling Down,” produced by Steve Haigler (Brand New, The Pixies, Fuel) has received critical praise and glowing reviews in print, on the web, and local/out of state radio. One such review on Playgroundz.net stated that ”Face The King is an adventure waiting to be unleashed. The Burning & The Falling Down features 5 tracks that take the listener on a voyage. As you listen you’re taken out of your reality and into the music. Face The King is an intense sonic experience that you will never forget.” By the beginning of 2013, Face The King was proudly pronounced the "Best Band of Long Island," by the Long Island Press Magazine.

With their newly released preview EP, "THE SOUND," already receiving high praise in anticipation for their full length album, Face The King is touring the New York tri-state area - recently with a packed headlining show at Gramercy Theatre. They are also three time winners of the Ernie Ball Battle of The Bands, making their first appearances at the Rockstar UPROAR Festival and Vans Warped Tour during the summer of 2012 (w/Staind, Shinedown, Godsmack, New Found Glory, Yellowcard, Juliet Simms, & more), and a second Vans Warped Tour appearance during the summer of 2013 for their hometown crowd at Nassau Coliseum.

Believing that the live show is an experience that is shared between the band and the audience, Face The King is earning a reputation as a band you need to experience live. Face The King is not waiting for a label to hand them a deal – they are earning it the way it was meant to be earned: by hitting the road and making new fans.
