Kendrick Kim has been an adjunct professor of real estatesince January 2014 and was a former student of Fullerton and Cypress College.He has earned several associates degrees and certificates from Fullerton andCypress College and has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master’sof Science in Criminal Justice from Cal State Long Beach. Kendrick has recentlyearned a Master’s in Real Estate (MRE) this past May 2014 from RealtorUniversity.

Mr. Kim has been a real estate broker/Realtor since 2008and has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the real estate field and hasextensive experience in distressed properties in short sale and foreclosurebecause he entered the market right at the crash of the economy and real estatein 2008. Mr. Kim had to adapt real quick and thanks to his former professors atFullerton College faced those challenges head on and is still continuing inrunning his real estate brokerage.

Mr. Kim as an adjunct faculty is passionate about teaching and mentoring and is very thankful to be part of the real estate department as adjunct professor and owes much gratitude to the success of his business and career to the professors of Fullerton College.
