With obvious ease, the German-Turkish trio combines Oriental tone colours and the peculiarity of modern scales creatively with the most diverse rhythms to convey their unlimited joy! Multifaceted like lively water, their own compositions surge through spirited Mediterranean fizz and shadowy harbor-pubs to quiet and mysterious shores. The ensemble, founded by Annette Maye and Murat Coskun, is winner of the SWR-Worldmusic Award 1998 and played on international festivals in Northern- and Western Europe, the Balkans (among others Jazzfestival Sofia), Northern Africa and Iran (European Music Festival) etc..
