Elkee is a deliberately enigmatic name, inspired by the great open spaces in Scandinavia and also by a woman.

The group likes to playfully entwine music tracks to develop a rich sound universe through the varying landscapes of electro,rock, acoustic, energetic and sensual.

Musical skills and stage presence have allowed the group to play at major festivals such as Eurockéennes de Belfort,

the Montreux Jazz festival, Paléo Festival Nyon and many others.

Elkee has also performed in many clubs in Switzerland, France and Italy, on TV on RTS 1 and 2 and in particular onvarious national and regional radio stations such as La Première, Couleur 3, Rete 3...

For 10 years Elkee has shaped an aerial pop-rock collection which is both compelling and personal.

Elkee cannot be confined to one single style but continues to carry personal and ambitious musical and artistic research.

Elkee will be releasing their third album « Jellyfish dress », dense and mixed album intended as a musical and artisticdevelopment to reach maturity and creative freedom. The album will be available from autumn 2013 .
