They began writing together while on the road and married

on South Padre Island in Texas 2011. Both from musical backgrounds, their passion for

both the music, and each other, only fuels the lyrical diversity and melodic wildfire

that takes you from the country dance halls to the smokey dive bars while never having to leave

the backseat of a 1969 Chevelle. Melonie enjoyed much success and many overseas hits before

joining the casino circuit. She has been singing and playing professionally since age 13. Mikey

has been playing proffesionally since age 8 when he began playing drums for his dad's country

band. He began playing guitar at age 15 and started writing at 19. This is us, this is two lives, road

tested and bound by sound, this is The DuOver!
