Drom was formed in january 2007, built on the remainings of a band called In Medias Res.

A demo was recorded spring 2007 and with that in hand Drom managed to get four gigs from october 2007 to january 2008. The last gig was held at Garage in Bergen, where Drom was support for the norwegian band Gallery. After that gig Drom has not played live since, due to members becoming fathers and/or moving from Bergen. But Drom is not dead, just very quiet.

Drom planned to release an album in late 2008. But after several postponements the album was never finnished, and will not be released as intended. Perhaps in some other form.

At the current time, autumn 2013, the activity in the band has once more sprung to life. No promises is being made, but most likely some old music will be re-released (remixed and remastered) autumn 2013, and some new music will be released when it is ready. Follow Drom and find out when :)
