Bio: Belfast born. London based. On the move. 20+ years DJ experience in Hip-Hop. Roots in DJing Bboy tournaments, pirate radio [ItchFM], open mic DJ at the legendary 'Deal Real Records', the one-man-gang behind the Hip-Hop platform 'Speakers Corner', an adopted father & representative of international Hip-Hop communities 'End Of The Weak' and 'Universal Zulu Nation', co-founder of 'The People's Army' with Logic & Lowkey, conceptualist with 'Globalfaction' [music videos], DJ/Tutor with several international Hip-Hop youth projects, and an all round certified badman DJ. Has had the honour to tour and perform with Public Enemy, Immortal Technique, Hasan Salaam, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Slum Village, Snoop Dogg, Pharaohe Monch, Ghostface Killah, Jedi Mind Tricks, Joell Ortiz, The Roots, George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, Ornette Coleman, Herbie Hancock, The Last Poets, Sha Stimuli, The Pharcyde, The Beatnuts, Lords Of The Underground, Ultramagnetic MCs, RA The Rugged Man, Styles P, Saigon, Dead Prez, DJ Premier, DJ Muggs and Afrika Bambaataa as well as established and emerging homegrown talent Maverick Sabre, The Noisettes, Akala, Deadly Hunta, Soweto Kinch, Speakers Corner Quartet, Thousand Kings, DJ Jazz T & plenty more. Has since been invited to curate live shows at the Royal festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Jazz Cafe, Roundhouse, Koko, The CLF Art Cafe, Sadlers Wells, Jamm, Hootananny, Passing Clouds, Southpaw [Brooklyn], Highline Ballroom [Manhattan], Sala El Tren [Granada], YAAM [Berlin], Splash! Festival [Germany], Big Chill Festival and many more great venues. Now DJ'ing with Hip-Hop Rap & Soul group 'Caxton Press', one half of a DJ/Drummer duo with 'Kwake', live scratch DJ with the 'Congo Natty' Junglist band, club/show DJ with 'Nãnci & Phoebe' [Congo Natty Bass], selector with 'UNIT 137', 'Lionpulse Sound', 'Lion-Unit' and occasionally 'King Tubby's Sound System'. DJ'ing internationally from Jamaica to Italy, Senegal to Spain, New York to Dublin and Morocco to Czech Rep. Currently maintaining a monthly residency at The Brixton Hootananny with MC Honey Brown. DJ sets dig out Hip-Hop's diasporic roots through Universal Hip-Hop B-Boy funk & Roots Junglist bass culture.
