John has been DJing, as well as producing tracks, since the late 90s, with early musical influences spanning across a wide range of genres, from Swedish techno to IDM, Cologne acid craziness and the sound of Chicago house trax.

The musical output of his DJ-sets usually varies between deep house, minimal or techno, depending on the time and location. On rare occassions during the summer you might also find him spinning dub-tech, tech-house and/or ambient in some haunting Swedish forest in the middle of nowhere.

His goal, he explains, is to give the crowd a fresh and different experience each time, but always taking them on that 2-8 hour+ mental journey thru sound and dance.

John has performed on several locations all around Sweden, but also done appreciated gigs in other European countries.

In 2013 he founded the record label Event Horizon with good friend and music collaborator Mathias Eriksson aka M.E.E.O, which led to the release of their first two EPs. Throughout 2013 they also performed live on several occasions, created remixes for a number of other artists and ended the year creating a collab track with Petter B, named 'Bergsjön Eternal', released on vinyl in early 2014 on Petter's label Bond. A track which was featured in sets by big-name DJs like Cari Lekebusch, Tom Hades, Alan Fitzpatrick, Nihad Tule, DVS1 and last but not least, Adam Beyer, who decided to licence it from Bond to his own legendary Drumcode label for an even wider release.
