Jinrei is a DJ/producer/graphic-designer/photographer that grew up listening to disco dance jams from the 70s and the epic hair band ballads of the 80s. Style is mostly house with a mass amount of different sounds featured in production that there is no name for the genre for most of his original and remix work. Thus calling his style “Housestress” (house’stress) that stands primarily the term he created to describe how dedicated House DJs feel about his sound. Sounds similar to relate are UK & French House, Russian Electro, Industrial Dance and randomly will hear some Trancy elements to his work. Also known for his J-Pop & K-Pop remixes that sporadically pop up here an there.Jinrei currently resides in Orange County where he holds a residency for The Yost Theater in Santa Ana dj’ing and working main-stage production for all music events. Jinrei also works over 43+ convention events, after-parties, 4 festivals and coordinates show operations a year either putting on the shows/parties or coordinating and or collaborating.

Jinrei is very low key about his own work and at times unknown but can find a tremendous amount of his work and events he has been involved in since 2005. Currently working on bring up and coming talent to light and exposing international talent to the US scene.
