David Broussard (1965-Present) is an author/publisher/producer/arranger/composer/musician from Los Angeles, California.
Growing up in South Central Los Angeles, California, David had an extremely diverse upbringing. He lived in a Crip gang dominated neighborhood but by playing sports and being a musician, he had the chance to escape away from his at-risk neighborhood. He went to Monroe High School in the San Fernando Valley with all different Ethnicities'. He was soon drafted by his brother The Egyptian Lover into the DJ/Rap life where they became west coast pioneers of what is today called Hip Hop. It was at this oasis in the hood that he first experienced the wealth and glamor of big time Concerts as well as Studio Recordings, Records and Radio. It was also here that he really learned what the world had to offer and become a semi celebrity nationally. He was actively involved in the rap game during high school and after taught others how to record, master, manufacture and distribute records. After many recordings and shows he also became a booking agent for his friends who also rapped as pioneers in the rap game. Now he lives as a humble musician, producer, author, publisher and Entrepreneur CEO and founder of Jazzy Hills Entertainment INC.
