Playing a fusion of glam and grunge they call "glange," Diamond Hoo Ha Men feature singer/guitarist Duke Diamond and drummer/singer Randy Hoo Ha (aka Supergrass' Gaz Coombes and Danny Goffey).
The duo formed when Supergrass' bassist Mick Quinn suffered a back injury in 2007 shortly before the promotional launch for the band's album Diamond Hoo Ha -- although the story on the Diamond Hoo Ha Men's MySpace page of childhood friendship in Berlin and Rammstein covers is more entertaining. The Diamond Hoo Ha Men played a few U.K. shows in late 2007 and early 2008, and made the single "345" available for download on their website. ~ Heather Phares
