Todd David is a veteran United States Navy Band jazz guitarist, bassist, vocals, arranger/composer that started as a french horn player. He studied at the American Conservatory of Music in Chicago, the United States Navy School of Music, Berklee School of Music online and Devry Institute of Technology. On July 4, 1992, Todd David performed with the United States Navy Band Charleston in the first joint military big band concert with a Russian band in Severomorsk. The experience was a confirmation that music truly is a language that holds no boundaries.
