Pioneros del black metal sinfónico cantado en castellano, CRYING BLOOD se forma a finales de 1998 en Alcalá de Henares (Madrid). Sus primeros miembros, de los cuales el único en activo en la banda, el teclísta Agares, procedíamos de estilos tan variados como el thrash metal, metal industrial, pasando por el heavy, death o black, estilo con el cual Crying Blood quedará identificado. De hecho, en nuestra música podrás encontrar influencias que van desde thrash metal de los 80 y 90 hasta el black metal más sinfónico y melódico. Siempre con una gran presencia, diversidad y melodías de teclados. La historia del grupo se ha visto afectada por sucesivos cambios de formación a lo largo del tiempo. A pesar de ello la banda siempre quedó fortalecida y ha conseguido grabar hasta la fecha 3 LPs, así como un par de directos en plataforma digital. Los trabajos de estudio son Rituales de Sangre (1999) y Requiem (2004). Este último recibió excelentes críticas tanto a nivel nacional como internacional (con amplia distribución por Sudamérica) y catapultó al grupo hasta el punto de ser nombrado, a pesar de que el black metal sea considerado un género minoritario en España, como segundo grupo revelación del año en la 6ª edición de los prestigiosos premios EXCALIBUR-METAL en la categoría de rock nacional. A partir de entonces, Crying Blood consigue hacerse oír dentro de la escena nacional extrema, y comienza la composición de los temas para el siguiente disco, alternando a su vez con directos para la promoción de Requiem. Cuatro años después se creará la obra Animae Damnatae. Grabada íntegramente en los prestigiosos estudios VRS de Madrid y masterizado por Dave Rotten (Avulsed). Animae Damnatae salió al mercado através del sello Xtreem Music. Con este trabajo Crying Blood se ha consagrado de manera definitiva como una de las bandas nacionales, veteranas y punteras de metal extremo. Este disco es la evolución natural del grupo hacia terrenos más amplios tanto musicalmente como a nivel de público. Actualmente estamos terminando los temas que grabaremos en estudio durante el verano del 2013 para le edición de nuestro cuarto disco de larga duración

Pioneers of symphonic black metal sung in Castilian, CRYING BLOOD is formed in late 1998 in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid). Four years after the work is created Damnatae Animae. Recorded entirely in the prestigious Madrid VRS studios and mastered by Dave Rotten (Avulsed). Damnatae Animae was released using the label Xtreem Music. This work has been enshrined Crying Blood definitively as one of the national bands, veterans and extreme metal edge. This album is the natural evolution to land larger group both musically and in terms of audience.
