They spend the next two years rehearsaling and looking for members to complete the band’s line-up. After a while, andafter some members passed through the band, they found Renato (guitar) in May 1999.

In February 2000, Alfredo entered the band for the vocals, followed by Carina to fulfill the bass in February 2001.

With the line-up complete, Cronaxia gave the first live show onthe 3rd May 2002, playing with the Portuguese metal bands Disharmony’s Den,Bleeding Display and In Tha Umbra.

Meanwhile Carina leaves the band and Alex takes overthe bass in the end of 2002.

After a few shows Alex leaves the band to concentrate in other projects.

In the beginning of 2005 Alfred also leaves the band. In 2006 we found Sérgio to do the vocals and beginto work with him since then. The actual Cronaxia line-up consists of Maia(drums), Filipe (guitar), Renato (guitar) and Sérgio (vocals).
