Kendrick 'Royalty' Major and Khalil 'Angel' Rahming met while attending and performing at a Christmas Jamboree at New Life Christian Centre in 2005.
After realizing that they both had the same desires and dreams to positively impact the music industry Kendrick and Khalil eventually teamed up to work together on a song called “Bring it back”. The song was written by Kendrick who was convinced that Khalil had the voice to sing the hook on the track. Khalil agreed and they were pursued by family members and friends to form a group, which they did. The duo initially chose individual names for each other “Royalty” and “Angel” but wanted to also have a unified group name so after careful consideration they decided on the name C.R.E.A.M. It is an acronym for Christ Rules Everything Around Me. For the group, C.R.E.A.M. was not just their name but a personal testimony.

In May 2008 C.R.E.A.M. released their very first single“Holy Ghost Party” the track was built by an up and coming producer by the name of Tyrone TJ Burrows who also saw that the style of C.R.E.A.M. was something special and wanted to work with them. The single has been garnering a lot of attention and success throughout the Bahamas and in the United States. As the demand for the group grew so did the team members, they went on to include their manager Tracey Rahming along with her team of managers, also a music director Tresor Rahming and also other band members. The group then added international to their name and is now known as C.R.E.A.M. International.
