Born and raised in the golden triangle of southeast Texas by a happy couple.
Grew up craw-fishing, growling like a wolf, getting into mischief, and just being a tomboy. Over the years, I dropped into introversion. I surrounded myself with my imagination, poetry, nature, and music. All being the saving grace and finely-lit gateway into a connection with the strong energies we know and are...to carry in us the good feelings and expressions of life. So I began the search for enlightenment, inner peace, and overall a sense of freedom. Art was picked up about the age of 9 and self-taught guitar at age 15. After graduating high school, I attended Lamar State College-Port Arthur where I double-majored, studying Audio Engineering and received an Associate of Applied Science in Commercial Music for Studio Musician. My first show on stage was playing guitar for "The Day the Music Died " 50th year mark fronted by the late Johnny Preston. There I played with large bands and various genres from funk to country. Third semester I picked up a job at a university's radio station KVLU where I got hands-on experience as a board operator because they weren't fully automated. So that gave me opportunity to hone skills as a disk jockey and on-air personality.
