Formed in 1998 they quickly moved on to record with Paul Catton (Ex - Medulla Nocte) the debut album (Surgical removal of the teeth...) on Undergroove to good critics reviews.Paul departed to new projects after doing shows to promote the album. They brought in Dawson (Ex-Conf Corp) and Mark (Ex - The Punchline is murder) as a second vocalist. Both ended up on the second full length (Violent Intentions...). The line up being completed with with John (Achren) on bass.

Upon Marc's exit in early 2012 Co-exist re-entered the studio to record a new e.p. "Skelf". Soon after recording this e.p. John left to focus more on recording and touring with Achren & Dawson left to concentrate on his family.

Co-exist's new e.p. Skelf, was released in Jan 2013 on Bandcamp. With the addition of James Wright (Ex-Madman Is Absolute) on bass the band are ready to destroy and are working on more new tunes for 2014.
