With a sound and psyche that nearly defies definition, Melbourne, FL's Clock Hands Strangle first brought their unique blend of psych, rock, and poetry to the American underground in 2004.
A mere three years later, Clock Hands found themselves with a debut album (Redshift/Blueshift) that won more than just a smattering of gushing reviews. Regional tours of their home nation followed, and in 2009 the Floridians returned with their Chocolate Lab follow-up, Distaccati. Broadening their sound and focusing their direction paid off for the young band, as initial reviews of the albums were glowing, to put it mildly. ~ Chris True
