In 2004 Samuel Piper met Tim Quast in his parents' garage in the small Wisconsin town of West Salem to waste the summer playing guitar and bass.
The rest is history. Many members and band names have come and gone between now and then. The newly minted "Borders" is the culmination of a decade of musicianship.
