Belgian rock band Billy the Kill formed shortly before the release of their 2008 EP, From the Ceiling to the Floor.
They followed in 2009 with the self-released debut full-length Billy, I Kill You before signing to Roadrunner/CNR Records the next year. The band experienced some success with the charts, including several singles charting throughout 2011 and 2012, as well as their album 2012 reaching number 18 on the Flemish Ultratop 50 charts in the same year that was the album's namesake.
