Founding member of NOTA (None of the Above) 1979 -1986, 1992-1993.
Having initially released a 4-track live cassette "Live at the Crystal Pistol," it was our good fortune to be selected by Tim Yohannan of Maximum RocknRoll magazine to be included on the "Welcome to 1984" compilation LP. A 7-inch EP "Moscow" was released on Unclean Records in 1984. A record deal with Rabid Cat Records out of Austin led to the release of the "Toy Soldiers" 7-inch EP 1984 and NOTA LP 1985. In 2000 Prank Records reissued "Live at the Crystal Pistol" with some additional studio tracks. NOTA was active from 1979-2000, with various line-ups and a number of releases, the one constant being vocalist/guitarist Jeff Klein. The 1979-1986 NOTA included Jeff Klein vocals/guitar, Russel Love guitar, Bruce Hendrickson bass, and Bob Purdom drums.
