Sven Vath and Ralph Hildenbeutel, the duo behind Vath's two mid-'90s solo albums, also collaborate as Barbarella.
They met in 1990, just as Hildenbeutel was moving toward dance and Vath was founding the Eye Q label with Heinz Roth. After recording an album as Zyon, they began Barbarella in 1992 and have released several singles and an album, The Art of Dance. ~ John Bush
