"How the hell do you have time to offer us so much greatness?"
Adele has responded to new music coming from Childish Gambino, saying she “adores” the artist, while praising his “greatness”.
At the weekend, Childish Gambino (aka musician/actor Donald Glover) released a video for new track ‘This is America’. It marked the Atlanta creator’s first new material since 2016’s Grammy-nominated album ‘Awaken My Love!’.
The political video is directed by Hiro Murai and sees Glover cause chaotic scenes before dancing around them. Glover released the video during his appearance on Saturday Night Live, where he served as both the host and musical guest.
Sharing photos from her recent Titanic-themed 30th birthday party to Instagram, Adele also wrote in her caption: “Childish Gambino how the hell do you have time to offer us so much greatness on so many platforms. I adore you.”

He has also announced a Childish Gambino tour with Rae Sremmurd. Glover will hit the road during September, playing shows in Atlanta, Chicago, Toronto, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Houston, Dallas, Inglewood, Oakland, Seattle and Vancouver.
Glover recently opened up about his thoughts on the music industry, saying that “no one has good intentions”.
