Is new music on the way?
The 1975 have teased the release of new material – and this time it seems like it could be imminent.
As fans await further news on the anticipated release of ‘Music For Cars’, the band have teased the record once more by sharing by a cryptic clip on Twitter.
The clip sees an atmospheric piano track playing in the background, as the number 7 flashes on the screen.
Among fans online, the most commonly researched consensus was that the band could release the first ‘Music For Cars’ single next Friday.
One fan wrote: “We are getting the music that we deserve, thank you”.
Although new music is yet to arrive, fans yesterday enjoyed ‘Do It Again’, a new single from No Rome’s new EP.
The Philippine-based artist signed to Dirty Hit – the same label as The 1975. Before signing with the label, he released two EPs – ‘Fantasy’ and ‘Hurry Home & Rest’ – in 2013 and 2015 respectively.
