Here’s the first trailer for ‘Ant Man and The Wasp’

Scott Lang is back...

 

The first trailer for Ant Man and The Wasp has been released, and it sees Paul Rudd making a welcome return as the titular hero.

Along with Rudd, we also see Evangeline Lilly’s Hope Van Dyme becoming the ‘Wasp’ for the first time as Lang goes on the run after the events of Captain America: Civil War.

There’s also welcome returns for Michael Douglas as Dr. Hank Pym in the trailer, as well as the first glimpse of Laurence Fishburne as a shadowy FBI agent.

Peyton Reed returns as director with scriptwriting duties going to Gabriel Ferrari, Andrew Barrer, Chris McKenna, Erick Sommers and Rudd himself.

It’s set for release on July 6 2018.

Before that, however, comes Rudd’s return in Avengers: Infinity War which is set for release in April and will see the superhero team facing off against the almighty power of Thanos.

Another MCU solo debut comes in the form of Black Panther, which is set for release in February – and has already being hailed as one of the greatest additions to the franchise.
