“Hard drugs had been back in his life.”
While there is still speculations over how George Michael died on Christmas Day (December 25) last year, Andros Georgiou believes that it was linked to drugs.
"Hard drugs had been back in his life," said Andros, a childhood friend who George fondly called his cousin, during an interview with Victoria Derbyshire on BBC.
He also said, "I just think he took too much of something mixed with antidepressants."
Despite thinking it's drug-related, Andros didn't think it was suicide. "I believe he had suicidal thoughts, because his mental health was all over the place. But I don't believe this was suicide," he said and added, "I think his heart just stopped beating."
