She thinks the the middle-aged white male look is "getting a little stale."
James Bond? Or Jane Bond? The debate on whether or not 007 should be a female for the next installment of the film franchise is an ongoing conversation. And Kristen Stewart recently expressed her thoughts of having a woman play the role. However instead of just saying why she thinks that the middle-aged white man playing the lead character is "getting a little stale," she actually laid out her vision for what the trailer for the new Bond film would look like.
"You start off as the Bond girl and then you think it's just the girlfriend and then you're like, 'She's actually [Bond],'" she told E! News. "In the trailer, it's him and then [a] bait and switch."
And her Equals co-star Nicholas Hoult agreed with the idea and revealed that if she were to play Bond, he'd " be like your Q."
