After some controversy, the pop singer will be allowed to do her thing.

Kesha's been no stranger to the 24-hour news cycle recently, as her battles with the now-infamous Dr. Luke have garnered international attention.

Most recently, it'd been reported that Kesha was being barred from performing at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, but that's now changed. According to a statement from Dr. Luke's Kemosabe Records, they'd only said they would prevent the singer from performing "when Kemosabe learned Kesha was to use the performance as a platform to discuss the litigation."

Now that Kesha's said she won't be mentioning the legal matters during her performance, the label has given the green light once again.
