His lawyer claims the singer lived a clean lifestyle.
Amid reports that Prince may have overdosed on the painkiller Percocet, his lawyer has come out to say that the late singer didn't have a drug addiction.
L. Londell McMillan told the AP that he spoke with Prince the Sunday (April 17) before his death. "He said he was doing perfect," McMillan told the AP. "He said, 'OK, I'll call you soon.'"
And when the news service brought up TMZ's report that the "Kiss" singer died from OD-ing, he said the artist was "not on any drugs that would be any cause for concern."
McMillan also added, "People use medication. The question is, are you on meds in a dangerous way?"
With the results of Prince's autopsy still a few weeks away, everyone will be on the fence on what really caused his death. Regardless of how he died, Prince's sister says the late singer didn't have a will. That should make legal proceedings interesting.
