Although he claimed to be depressed after splitting with Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin seemed perfectly happy as he strolled the beaches of Malibu with Heather Graham on Sunday.

The Coldplay singer walked barefoot for well over a mile of Paradise Cove with the famous actress, smiling and having a good time for much of it. The afternoon saunter drew more excitement than Coldplay's part of the Super Bowl halftime show.

Coldplay resumes their tour in just under a month, but it looks like there could be quite the romance brewing in the meantime. Maybe this means the next Coldplay album will have a song about Rollergirl.
