Fifth Harmony puts in that work, work, work, work, work, work, work.

Fifth Harmony knows how to put in that work. Just one day after announcing its sophomore album 7/27, the X Factor girl group dropped the studio version and music video for new single "Work From Home."

All five members slyly offer to take some initiative, winking throughout: "I know you're always on that night shift, but I can't stand these nights alone." The lyrics aren't the only sign that Fifth Harmony is maturing, either.

Fifth Harmony used to jump back and forth between Disney Channel-approved dance-pop and Destiny's Child-inspired R&B. However, with its Bay Area hip-hop inspired minimalism and feature from slick R&B star Ty Dolla $ign, "Work From Home" comfortably straddles the lines between R&B, hip-hop and pop—not to mention, youthful and grown.
