This recent divorcee isn't moping anymore.
Back in October, Gwen Stefani released "Used to Love You." It was the first new music that she released since her split from Gavin Rossdale—not to mention, the most vulnerable she has sounded in years. Yesterday she followed that up with "Make Me Love You," which cannot sound more different.
"Yeah, I really like you but I'm so scared," she sings near the beginning, though once that earworm of a hook hits, everything about the new crush she sings of is sunshine, lollipops and rainbows. Current beau Blake Shelton, also a fellow coach on The Voice, approves. "You probably understand the multiple reasons why I bought this," he says on Twitter.
"Make Me Love You" appears on Gwen's new album This Is What the Truth Feels Like, out March 18. Listen below.
