People are clapping back after the hip-hop star posted a video on Instagram.
Nicki Minaj is currently being criticized for mocking a woman who reportedly has a mental illness. Nicki posted a video of herself laughing at a woman who she filmed on the street in Miami and posted on Instagram.
As the woman starts yelling at her for whatever reason, Nicki is filmed giggling in the background as she said, "Miss, what did I do? Can we talk?"
The video has generated over 11,000 comments. Some of them are from local residents who claimed that the woman had a mental illness.
"I love how you think this is appropriate to show all the young followers that look up to you," one user wrote. "That dehumanizing is ok and bullying... then you have the nerve to laugh... smh," one person wrote in the comments.
